Charcuterie Board Workshop
687 N Michigan StJoin us for a hands-on workshop led by Marion Nora, founder of Cheese and Chocolat Custom Food Boards, and learn how to style the perfect charcuterie and cheese board. Topics covered will include how to make a salami rose and river, styling cheese in various ways, how much of each ingredient to buy, and what other garnishes pair well with your meats and cheeses. You will bring your finished board home at the end of class to share with your loved ones. This event is BYOB, so feel free to bring some wine! This workshop will be capped at 12 members, please write your name on the event wall after RSVP'ing to secure your spot and we can start a guest list if needed.
