Come join fellow moms of babies at the park to discuss important infant milestones. Every baby grows at their own pace and we celebrate each baby for who they are. We also know each baby's environment makes a big difference in offering opportunities to grow and thrive. Chat with pediatric occupational therapist (and fellow EAM member) Joanna Seber about ways we can play with babies to best engage their growing minds and bodies. Join EAM in your capes or costumes (or maintain your everyday identity!) as we support Easterseals DuPage & Fox Valley in their 18th Annual Run for the Kids: Superhero Hustle. All abilities and skill levels are welcome! EAM will be participating in the 2 mile walk through Villa Park along the Prairie Path. Nurturing a baby is stressful and physically demanding! Come stretch and breathe with your baby, alongside fellow moms and their cuties (pre walkers only please). No yoga experience necessary. This practice will focus on accessible postures you can incorporate into your everyday life with your baby to soothe those aches and pains and calm your mind in moments of tired chaos. Paradise comes to Elmhurst! Join EAM for the Bachelor in Paradise season finale with food, drinks and games. It will undoubtedly be the most dramatic season finale yet. Please bring a dish or drink to share. We will be collecting contributions for the bartender, Justin (as close to Wells as we can get!). This event will be limited to 25 members |

Interested in having your little one fitted for a helmet? Advocate Children's Hospital will be providing helmet fitting services to EAM families. Cost is $11/helmet (cash only). Masks are required.

Dana Nitzoy will lead a Zoom presentation for us on picky eating and sensory eating difficulties. Dana is a board certified pediatric occupational therapist and owner of KidsConnect Pediatric Therapy, a mobile occupational therapy clinic serving Oak Park/River Forest area and surroundings. She would like to help families get a better understanding on a topic that is less understood: kids sensory feeding difficulties. Some picky eating behavior could get resolved by itself. However, there are instances when help is required and this is where occupational/feeding therapy can make a difference. Zoom link will be shared in the event prior to the presentation. |

Come share coffee and baked good at Courageous Bakery while watching the trains go by! Interested in getting in on EAM’s very own bach-nation fun? Join us for our fantasy league for the next season of the Bachelorette. This season will require a $10 donation to sign up. The winner of the league at the end of the season will get to select a non-profit of their choice to donate the entry fees to. Entry fees will be collected by EAM treasurer, Tianna Rous. Zelle (Tianna.rous@gmail.com) or Venmo (@TRous). Once fees are received, a link for our fantasy league will be sent to you! Season premier is Oct 19 @ 7pm CST. First round of picks will need to be submitted prior to when the show airs |
