Marion Nora, owner of La Petite Bakery (formerly Cheese and Chocolat), will host a small group French macaron baking class in her home. Participants will learn how to make macaron shells and two fillings (buttercream and ganache). Class is designed to be hands-on and Marion will guide participants through the entire process, from mixing and piping to filling and storing macarons. Each participant will leave with a recipe card for shells and the two fillings, as well as a box of macarons created in class.
