Romp & Rhyme and Library Playtime

Elmhurst Public Library 125 S Prospect Ave, Elmhurst

Rhymes, simple stories, and musical activities engage little ones and foster emerging language skills. Live in-person. Tickets available beginning at 9:00 a.m. the morning of the program. EPL card required. Best for babies through early toddlers (ages 0-2/3). Takes place in the Kids Program Room. Stay after the program and head over to the Learning Garden to let the kids play while we moms socialize.

How to Talk so Little Kids Will Listen: Social Seminar

Elmhurst Public Library 125 S Prospect Ave, Elmhurst

Meet us in the Kossman room at the Library for our first social seminar of the New Year! Brittany Parenti (LCSW) will summarize important points from How to Talk so Little Kids Will Listen- a great book about ways to engage with your toddler mid-tantrum and help them, as well as yourself, manage big feelings.
