Outdoor Yoga Class
700 Walnut St. 700 Walnut St., Elmhurst, IL, United StatesTake an hour for yourself to stretch, build strength, and release stress with some outdoor yoga. EAM member and certified yoga instructor Joanna Seber will lead a one-hour yoga class to celebrate the school year coming to an end and all the hard work we moms have done these past months. Joanna can talk through modifications so that anyone can participate, regardless of experience or physical limitations. Class will be held in the parking lot of John Sakash Company at 700 Walnut Street. Please bring your own mat and water.
