Preschool Open Gym at Wagner Center

Let your kids explore the gymnastics room at Wagner Center. The cost is $7 per visit, ages 0-6. Staff will be on site to provide guidance on safe use of the equipment.

Walk and Coffee

Join us at Elijah’s to grab coffee or a snack before heading over to the Prairie Path for a morning walk. This walk is open to moms with children in strollers or moms with children in school that would like to get out for some socialization and exercise.

Little Wigglers Storytime at EPL

Let's meet at the Elmhurst Public Library in the Large Meeting Room for Little Wigglers Storytime! Move and groove to active rhymes, songs and stories guaranteed to get the wiggles out. Best for ages 1-5. Tickets available beginning at 9am the morning of the program. EPL card required.

Holiday Wreath Workshop

Join us at Carousel Flowers in Elmhurst for a holiday wreath making class! We will be creating a festive candle ring wreath (approx. 14” diameter) which can be hung on a door or used as a centerpiece. It’s perfect to give as a gift or enjoy in your home this holiday season! This class is limited to 20 people. There is a $55/person registration fee to cover the cost of materials. To register: RSVP to this event and write your name in the comments. The first 20 people to sign up will be confirmed in a post once the number has been reached. We will start a waitlist for anyone else who might be interested in case of cancellations. Confirmed participants must call Carousel directly at 630.834.7039 by Monday, November 28th to submit payment. The registration fee is nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend but have already paid, you are responsible for working with the calendar team to find someone to take your place from the waitlist. We are able to bring wine and snacks.  Please bring something along to share!!

Santa at the Cinema

Bring the whole family to York Theatre on Saturday, December 10th for some holiday cheer! EAM and ENNC are joining together to host a morning of family fun at York Theatre in downtown Elmhurst. Enjoy professional photos with Santa Claus and The Grinch, plus movies, treats, and a special craft. There will be something for everyone! -Two professional photo opportunities! Sign up for slots in advance to get your traditional holiday card pic with Santa or grab a fun photo with the Grinch (or both!). They will be on stage in two different theaters. Elf and the Polar Express will be running multiple times in multiple theaters. -Make a fun holiday craft to take home and have something special to take home and remember the event. -Hot chocolate and donuts will be served, and additional movie snacks will be available for purchase. December Book Club: Reading for Our Lives
