MNO – Vision Board (Visual Goal Setting)

Join us for a night of drinks, snacks, personal reflection, and goal setting Brittany Parenti (LCSW) will discuss clarifying and prioritizing your values and how those directly impact and influence your specific goals. After the discussion, we will spend some time creating a vision board as a tangible representation of the direction we want to move in.  Details:You will have a choice between working on a digital vision board or old school cut and paste; if you'd like to make a digital vision board please bring your own laptopMaterials will be provided for cut and paste vision boards, but please feel free to bring additional magazines, newspapers, scrapbook materials, etc. Please RSVP with your name so we can ensure we have enough materials for everyone.

Spring Cookie Decorating Party

Join us at The Hub for a spring-themed cookie decorating party!  Each child will receive their own cookie to color with edible ink mini markers and then either enjoy during the party or take home to eat later. We'll also have music and bubbles to help burn off some of the sugar! Please RSVP with your name and number of children attending. There is a limit of 50 people total. If we exceed that limit a waitlist will be started.

What we will learn:-selecting the right seeds (native flowers along w/ your choice of vegetables)-planting at the right time (allows you to be able to harvest a variety of plants all growing season-when to harvest (every flower, veggie, and herb have different windows of when to harvest)-compost applications and benefits (why you should start a compost or why you should use it in your garden)- Different compost mixes have different benefits and why we prefer to use alpaca manure over other larger animals (it won’t burn your plants, we will explain what this means to “burn your plants”- foliar sprays, mixed into soil mixes, and top dressing (ways to feed your garden)
