Join us for a hands-on volunteer opportunity at SCARCE! SCARCE is a local non-profit focused on sustainability. For this event, help sort and pack bottle caps and materials that will be diverted from landfills and repurposed into park benches, playground equipment, and other community resources. This event will be geared towards preschool/early elementary, but open for all!

Join us for playtime at the park! Popsicles will be provided. If attending, please comment with how many kids so we have an idea of how many popsicles to bring.

Join us at Brittany's house for a discussion of "The Everlasting" by Alex E. Harrow, a time-traveling fantasy that follows Owen Mallory, a wounded war veteran and scholar in the nation of Dominion. He discovers that his country's foundational myth about Sir Una Everlasting is a tragic, looping propaganda tool engineered by a wicked queen. Together, Una and Owen try to rewrite history and break the cycle." All are welcome, even if you haven't started or finished the book.

Join us at Eldridge Park! Kids of all ages are invited for some good old-fashioned fun. This is an Elmhurst Park event and they will provide bubbles, hula hoops, jump ropes and more. Note: This is not a drop-off event and is free to attend.

Mom’s night out on July 25th! Here's the plan:4:15 PM – Meet in downtown Elmhurst for happy hour drinks (location TBD)5:14 PM – Hop on the Metra to Glen Ellyn5:45 PM – Dinner at Fire + Wine After dinner, we'll see where the night takes us! We can either stick around Glen Ellyn for another drink (or dessert!) or catch the Metra back to Elmhurst and keep the fun going there. Join us for some or all of the evening!
