For Families (best for ages 1-5) Join us outdoors for stories, nursery rhymes, and music to keep little ones gleefully engaged. Bring a blanket to sit on. No registration. In case of inclement weather, outdoor storytimes will be moved indoors and ticketed. Indoor storytime tickets are available starting at 9 a.m. the morning of the program and require an EPL card.

End the summer on a high note! Join Elmhurst Park District in Berens Park from 4-8 pm for live music, kids activities, games, beer garden and more. Industrial Drive takes to the stage 4-5:30 pm and Nashville Electric Company performs 6-8 pm. Parking: At Berens Park's east and west parking lots. It's playtime! Join us at Pioneer Park on Saturday, August 24 at 10 am for a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of Pioneer Park. The park was redesigned to maximize space and incorporate mature trees into the play area.
