Bring your children for a fun scavenger hunt at the new Playground at Eldridge Park! (The one along Spring Road). After RSVP’ing please post below the number of children who will be attending. There will be a treat for the kids when they finish!
Join us at EAM member Lisa Renfrew's house for March's Book Club! This month we will be reading When We Believed in Mermaids by Barbara O'Neal. Feel free to come even if you have not finished the book.

Let's check out a new spot that recently opened up downtown Elmhurst - Krafted Burger Bar + Tap. *We have a 40 person limit. Please put your name in comments after you RSVP. We'll create a waitlist if we exceed 40.
Join us at Elijah’s to grab coffee or a snack before heading over to the Prairie Path for a morning walk. This walk is open to moms with children in strollers or moms with children in school that would like to get out for some socialization and exercise. If the weather doesn't cooperate we will reschedule for a different day.
Have your spouse join in for Dad’s night out at Parlay 390. A heating driving range with restaurant and bar. There will be 1.5 hours of golf play at $8 per person for unlimited golf balls for that block. There is max of 24 attendees. Please comment with your spouses name below to secure your rsvp. Once we reach 24 a wait list will be started. Payment will need to be sent via Venmo to @leana_mac 24 hours prior to event to secure your spot.
Ready to start gardening but not sure where to start? Looking to up your gardening game this summer? Join Carrie of Green Garden Mama for an introductory gardening class on Thursday, April 6th at 7pm, at Brewpoint Craft Elmhurst (617 N York Road, Elmhurst, IL). During this class we will discuss the key aspects to growing a successful garden including soil preparation, watering, plant selection and support, weed management, and harvest tips, then wrap up the session with a Q&A to discuss any specific concerns you might have about your own growing space. EAM is once again participating in the Adopt A Park program through the Elmhurst Park District! We will meet once a month to help keep Centennial Park as beautiful as it can be. Information about Adopt A Park program can be found at the EPD website https://www.epd.org/adopt-park See less
Rhymes, simple stories, and musical activities engage little ones and foster emerging language skills. Live in-person. Tickets available beginning at 9:00 a.m. the morning of the program. EPL card required. Best for babies thru early toddlers (ages 0-2/3). Takes place in the Kids Program Room. Stay after the program and head over to the Learning Garden to let the kids play while us moms socialize.
Join us for our first EAM clothing swap! Bring your gently used women’s spring/summer clothing, shoes, and accessories and “shop” the closets of your friends and fellow EAM members while enjoying light bites and refreshments. It’s a fun, free, and eco-friendly way to refresh your wardrobe for the warmer weather ahead! **Recommended but not required to bring items to participate. **Please try to limit contributions to 15 items at maximum — quality over quantity! These should be items that are in good condition but maybe you find you don't wear them anymore. **Any remaining items will be donated to a local charity. **Maternity clothes are welcome! Please plan to drop off your items at Meghan K's house (440 E East Court) before April 11th to give us time to organize sizes/styles beforehand. Get a workout with Brandon O'Brien of Flexx Personal Training in Elmhurst. 7:15-7:30pm: Welcome/Waiver 7:30-7:40pm: Warm Up 7:40-8:15pm: Strength Training 8:15-8:30pm: Finisher (HIIT) From Brandon: "We offer personalized workouts and nutrition guidance to meet people where they are at! Whether they are seasoned veterans or just looking to get started, we are able to program our workout to fit their health and fitness goals! I will be taking them through one of our workouts to ensure they are challenged but are able to make it through the entire session!" **This class will be capped at 8 members. Moms with babies 1 and under and also Expecting Moms are invited over to member Therese Ryan's house for a morning play date. Please feel free to bring a treat to share and enjoy while the babies play and the moms socialize.
Let's meet at Lake View Nature Center during one of their monthly open houses. They have lots of critters for kids to look at and provide fun nature-themed activities. No registration is required. REMEMBER to wear your EAM tags so that we can find each other easier.
